A residential roof here starts with an appointment to take measurements, then a walk of the roof itself so the plan is built around what is actually up there. CBS combines satellite measurements with that on site inspection rather than relying on either one alone.

Permits, inspections, and the photographs your insurer wants
CBS handles the permits and the documentation, and coordinates the inspections rather than leaving you to chase them. It is part of the job, not an extra.
The work also gets photographed as it goes. Those photographs are what support an insurance credit and what an insurer asks for later, and they are far easier to take while the roof is open than to reconstruct once it is closed.
Chapter 03
What the warranty actually covers
Most projects carry a five year workmanship warranty. Tile roof installations carry an extended eight year warranty, because a tile roof is a different job with a different set of ways to get it wrong.
Separately from that, the crews work to manufacturer guidelines, which is what keeps the warranty on the materials themselves valid. A roof installed outside those guidelines can void the product warranty no matter who installed it.
