Chapter 01
The tear off, and what an open deck lets us see
An installation starts with the tear off. Getting the old covering off is also the only moment anybody gets a clear look at what is underneath it, which is why the assessment does not really finish until the roof is open.
That is where the problems nobody quoted for turn up. One customer put it plainly in a review: the crew uncovered unseen problems and repaired them without an additional charge. Finding them is normal. What happens next is the part worth asking any roofer about.

Choosing the system for a Gulf coast house
CBS installs asphalt shingle, tile, metal, flat and TPO. Those are genuinely different answers rather than tiers of the same answer, and the right one depends on the pitch, the structure and how long you intend to own the house.
Tile can be set on Tile Bond Foam for the highest wind rating, with less noise and better thermal performance. Metal trim is fabricated in the company brake shop, which is what makes an awkward roof line possible instead of expensive.

A proposal you can read line by line
The quote comes back itemised, with the materials and the scope visible before anything is agreed. There are no hidden fees, no deposit up front, and payment is not required until the work begins.
If a proposal cannot be read line by line, it cannot be compared to another one. That is the main reason this one is written that way.
