Custom metal, bent in the company brake shop
CBS runs an in house brake shop for custom trim and fabrication. That is the difference between designing the roof around available trim and making the trim the roof needs.
It is also why the awkward jobs end up here. An unusual roof line, a transition nobody stocks a part for, or a detail that has to match something already on the building are all shop problems before they are roof problems. The company's metal work has an ATAS Metals award behind it.

Historic homes kept close to their original materials
On older houses CBS works to preserve the original materials and craftsmanship rather than replacing the character of the roof with whatever installs fastest.
That usually means matching profiles and details, and accepting a slower job to do it. It is a different brief from a straight replacement and it is quoted as one.
Chapter 03
Tile set on Tile Bond Foam
Tile roofing can be installed with Tile Bond Foam applied beneath the tiles. That gets the highest wind rating, cuts noise, and improves thermal performance compared with the alternative.
Tile installations also carry the extended eight year workmanship warranty rather than the standard five, which reflects how much of a tile roof's performance is in how it was set.
